One way to get lots of money is buying an empty lot and then filling the entire space with one big room. Wait to a get a free (usually expensive) event wall or flooring. Apply it to the big room. Then, delete the big room. I got 72,000 from doing this.

I got 100k in just 1 and a half hours! Here's how! Make sure you only have 2 sims. Reset the game if you need to. Complete the tutorial, and delete the two house fully. Next, make a plot with the Japanese Retreat house. Delete EVERYTHING in the house, including rooms when they're empty Voila! You get around 60k for each house. If you wanna add more sims, make alot of those houses, and when you need money, just go to the house and spend 10-15 mins deleting everything. Hope this helped!☺️☺️

You need a neighbor with a fire hydrant in their town so your sim can use it when they visit.

Leah Pollock You have to ask your neighbors if they have one. Or look for places where people get SFP neighbors -- big SFP groups on FB, Perturbee's forum, GirlWhoGames blog, etc. There is only one "use" action if you tap on the fire hydrant.
