Balconies, patios and room levels don't count if you remove or add them in the remodel. What a charming, cozy, warm, rustic yet fresh remodel!!! The sunroom lit the home up and expanded the breathtaking view! The roof and exterior color matches the warm beige, grey, blue hues in the stone bordering the driveway!
