FIREMONKEYS, I have finished my Midtown Cafe. However, I am no longer making any Profits. Because I not getting any Tourists. This is a MAJOR ISSUE! I still have to upgrade my cash Register and salad bar and there Specialist who need to have training. The walk in customers, just do not bring enough Credit value into my Cafe. I don't know how, the Developers and Designers missed this! Again, Not Happy!😠

Free Play is a complete misnomer, this game is not in any way free, in fact it's just the opposite. Also Midtown Cafe is full of glitches. After level 45 there was no way to install the new counters so they were completely useless. The only way to get rid of the new tables was to put them into the inventory. My Sims are not able to wash their hands by themselves nor can they autonomously make coffee. It'd be nice if one could fire staff. The hazards of of hiring too many staff at the outset was not explained so I'm short a salad specialist and may never be able to get one because staff no longer get stressed, so probably won't quit so I can hire one. At level 45 the Midtown game has been stripped of everything that had the potential for slightly more in-depth game play. All in all a very disappointing addition and one I doubt I'll go back to, unless things change. - 10/10.☹️👎👎

Also, I tried using my SIMS with the shake machine they do not work. Why is this? The bags of coffee just sit on the floor, the SIMS can't use them. Why? The plates of cut fruit can't be used. Why?

Will we ever to gather more XP? I’ve been at Level 55 for over 3 years now. I like the game but sometimes feel my sims are banging their heads and knocking themselves out for pretty much but nothing XP wise. Thanks!! Ps. I would love a response from the developers!!!

Hello the sims freeplay I have been playing the game for many years now. Just 2 days ago my game started to cancel the sims actions. I put them at work and when I come back I find my sims has all cancelled their actions. Due to this problem very sadly I deleted my game that I have been playing for a long time and started from the star and created a new game and still this problem CONTINUES?! Why is this happening? Is there a way to solve this because I will stop playing the game since I can't win the quests on time.

Hi Firemonkeys. I want to report a MAJOR problem with the midtown cafe. The cafe is literally non-profitable after reaching level 45. It actually makes negative profit. It even makes you lose cafe coins instead of earning, because the walk-in earnings are literally less than the wages of the employees. And since there are no tours, you cannot make any money. And because everything becomes only buyable with cafe coins, you cannot even add floor, buy new items for cafe only, make patios, balconies, change paving etc etc. please fix this as soon as possible. It makes 0 sense and I’m surprised how developers didn’t notice this. Instead of focusing on making players desperate for paying real money for cafe manager pack, the cafe should make sense.

No more Tours!?! There is no more reason to interact with the cafe it's boring. We also need our Sims to be able to interact with cafe so they can enjoy their town more. Thanks for your hard work🥂

Okay, upgrading the equipment starting out is just a tad bit too expensive. I’m only at level 9 and I have gone through 1000 coins already upgrading my equipment that I couldn’t afford. The cafe is great and all but at least give us the complete equipment sets together for those prices. Or you could have given us the option to choose what level we would like to start our cafe on with the option to choose from different sets of equipment upgrades. I am at level 55 and have been for a while now. I keep putting my sims’ ages back so they don’t get old because I have pretty much used up all of my lots and have nothing left to build on. I won’t do the downtown stuff cause it is too expensive and is set up to where you can barely complete it to get the grand prize. So what’s the point?

It made a bit more sense watching the tutorial but playing it, the time doesn’t seem to add up. I end up spending more to play it. I thought it would be more like Burger Bustle which I loved.

Love the midtown cafe, only we can’t use some of items, like the coffie machine & ice maker. It doesn’t work. We asked that a lot to fix it. I hope you listen to your dear simmers. Over all love the game.🤍

Your cafe is small because you’re not as far ahead in the tasks. Why shouldn’t they show how things change as you progress just because you personally haven’t got as far?

Well the mid town café is great… but if you have a lot of employee, it would be nice if they are categorised in teams for each job, like coffee team, milkshake team etc… this would allow a better overview in their competencies and if they need holiday etc… this would bring efficiency 😉

Definitely not doing this. It’s way to expensive. Sims get paid less than $2,000 each and the cafe cost $4 million. No way. Please lower the costs or give the Sims raises.

And it sucks. Once you reach level 45 Midtown Cafe becomes useless. Can't fire employees, and once they reach the highest level of progress there's nothing more you can do with them. There are no more tour groups. Basically the game is dead. It's a money maker for EA Games and that is all. Highly disappointing.
