Did you send the warranty card switch as well or only the Harness flasher ?

They asked me to send only the harness via courier & a photo of the warranty card via WhatsApp. Before all of these, they asked me to send a video of the problem I was facing so there technician can decide what part has to be replaced.

Thank you so much for the reply Everything went same as you said except one thing that they are asking me send the warranty card also But I think that’s the only Proof that holds me in warranty, Right 🤔

@@lenin1912 They will send you the warranty card back once again I believe, because they offer 36 months warranty & as you said that's the only proof.. Kindly clear this on WhatsApp chat with them from your registered mobile number only.

Even i was facing the same problem and i sent the harness and got new harness, but with second one also i got the same problem after 4 days of installation on my xpulse 4v

Bro mene 220f me install kiya hai Pehle accha work kr rha tha ab indicator wale button se work ni kr rha hai Ignition on krte time 4 indicator blink ho rahe hai but Indicator wale button se Work ni ra kya krna padega

Hello! Tarun bhai, Yeh no. 8899640640 pe WhatsApp Karo 10am-8pm/Mon-Sat, Apna problem detail me batao, aur woh koi video banane kahe toh bhej do. Solve ho jaayega aapka problem. Sirf apna warranty card ready rakho aur relax hoke baat karo.. Woh bhi apna kaam hi kar rahe waha . Don't worry bro! 😊

same problem for me and even still now but now is other problems. while watching my vehicle it's glowing on constantly or on handel turning it reboot. am checking several times joint cupler not water proof that's why its happens i know the problem but how much time send it for replacement. that's why I using hot glu on joint hed for water resistant. main problem with the harness only other wise product is fine

It takes 4-5 working days to get a replacement. Just send your product to there address & share the speed post receipt with them on WhatsApp. They will send a new product on the next day & share a tracking number. Only your product should be under warranty that's it. 😊🙏

Simtac Auto se connect karey, agar warranty pe hain toh replace kar denge. Unki team quick responsive hain.
