Do you mean remove the data that's on the Energy Dashboard? If so, there's no 'clear' button I'm afraid. The two ways to do it are either to issue commands against the backend database to delete the historical data for the sensors you have used, or the absolute easiest way to do it is to create new sensors (like a daily cycled utility meter sensor that uses your old sensors as a source) and add those new sensors to the energy dashboard instead. That way it'll only show data from those new sensors from the point at which you created them.
