"Simulated Reality" - A Point Cloud Unreal Engine Test

I recently discovered the world of point clouds. Ever since then I've been trying to find ways to express creativity using this technology. I am yet to learn how to animate them but hope to do so in the future.
This is also one of my first ever renders with Unreal Engine or any 3D software in that case. I love the freedom of being able to bring a story to life all from the comfort of my PC.

take a video of whatever u want to turn a point cloud into, export as a png sequence, put all the photos into agisoft metashape, click workflow then click align photos, then wait till its done then click workflow again an click build dense cloud, then export as ascii points .pts, import into ue4 make sure u have the "lidar point cloud" plugin installed and boom easy

I would like to ask if using the Lidar point cloud plugin, is it possible to open a point cloud project in UE5? Because I tried many times and it said that my file format is wrong.

Hey, Im not sure if anything has changed now since i made this video. But the lidar point cloud plugin is compatable with these file formats: .pts , .xyz , .txt , .las , .laz , .e57. Have you tried using another scan to check if the file might be corrupt?

@@OKEdits Thanks for yourt reply. I have installed the lidar plugin, and can open the point cloud format such as: las, laz, pts, xyz. But when I package my project, the console will report error. @@OKEdits I use las. file and it's work! It can shown the point cloud file in UE5 editor, but when I package my project, it still say that my project has something wrong about my point cloud format. Have you package your project successfully before?
