Ironically, he's trying to create rapport by showing interest and relating to everything said. It's a terrible nervous habit that has the opposite effect and shuts people down/makes them resent you. I'm still trying to stop doing this, but it's extremely difficult.

Just when you'd begin to share an important thought, he'd interrupt you...was he micro dosing or brownie high? .... appreciated you big time. Thanks.

It's a really unfortunate nervous habit... Have to calm down, slowwww dowwwnnn and listen. I am also afflicted with this, and it's extremely difficult to break. I have to consciously make an effort to not guess what the person is saying before they're done saying it.

I was just thinking this. The host interrupts people so much for just passive non-contributive commenting (i.e. wow that's cool, so interesting). Let the guest talk and stop finishing their sentences.

Good job interviewer in constantly interrupting someone who knows magnitudes more than you and making sure you dumb down the level of information passed along. Sometimes listening makes for a good interview.

Grab a couple of chairs and SIT DOWN. If you're interviewing someone, it's an art to get out of the way, avoid the effusive, over-the-top "realizations" that blow your mind in real time - and in the end - avoid interrupting a great interviewee and wisdom resource in Jim.

Electricity are not in the derivatives market. Hence, it’s a more closed market unlike other kinds of energy like Natural gas.

Dear interviewer: you’re telling him what to say after showing him off to the audience. Consider using respectful language for instance, “Can you share more about..” “That’s fascinating, what are your thoughts on..” “I’d love to hear you elaborate more on..” Instead you’re saying: “Move forward.” “Speak about this. Now this. Now this.” Etc Show some respect to this fine fella.

$IOTA does that, you need DLT/Blockchains to "tokenize" the leftover energy the business/building doesn't use, bundle the left over, and sell it back to the market.
