Simulation Debriefing following a CV surgery patient cardiac arrest

I have questions. What if an intubated patient was in cardiac arrest while laying in the Prone Position (Face Down), would you attempt to do Prone CPR (CPR on a patient laying in the prone position)? Can you show us on how to manage an intubated cardiac arrest patient laying in the prone position based on the current Interim AHA CPR Guidelines? Are you aware that Prone CPR and Posterior Defibrillation can be possibly done on an intubated patient laying in the prone position (face down)?
