there is a loss in practice since all components have a series resistance and that makes loses as heat , but if you use ideal components in a math simulation it will remain constant

Sir, What is different between open and Closed Loop

Closed Loop is better since it can give a fixed output while open loop is like X1.5-1.7 of the input voltage (in this case)
