Learn to simulate a short-cut distillation column (DSTWU) in Aspen Plus. The short-cut method is useful in providing initial estimates for the simulation of the rigorous distillation column, i.e., number of stages, feed-stage, actual reflux ratio, etc. The DSTWU makes use of the Win, Underwood, and Gilliand method. 1) Objective(s):
a) Successfully simulate DSTWU in Aspen plus
2) Problem Description:
a) Calculate the minimum reflux ratio, minimum stages, and either actual reflux ratio or actual stages for ethane, propane, n-butane, and n-pentane separation at the given separation task.

In key component recoveries section asks for the mole fraction. However, you used mass fraction in this particular problem. Is that okay?

Reboiler= 65 kpa Condenser= 0.55 kpa Ethylbenezene,Styrene, Benzene, Toluene ko separate krna he 2 columns mein..... But error aa rha he bar bar

In Aspen HYSYS, column is based on "Fenske-Underwood-Gilliland" method, while in Aspen Plus, DSTWU is based on "Winn-Underwood-Gilliland" method. So, you may expect different results.
