Simulation of three-phase Z-source inverter
Including the front-end Z-source circuit, three-phase inverter circuit, modulation wave circuit, and LCL filtering circuit
The control strategies include simple boost control, maximum boost control, third harmonic maximum boost control, and third harmonic injection continuous maximum boost control. Comparable control strategies, easy parameterization modification of each component, only need to modify the tuning degree M to change the output characteristics.
The design input voltage is 150V, and the modulation degree is M=0.8. It can be seen that the DC link voltage has significantly increased, and the output voltage has also been raised. The voltage and current waveforms of inductance and capacitance are correctly output at 50Hz three-phase AC waveform with good quality and small steady-state error.
