Yes; unfortunately, sometimes the "music" is Micheal Jackson, sometimes it's Skrillex, sometimes it's Nickleback. And then other times it's just a really awful bunch of teens next door who think that the only requisite for being the next big, rich punk-rock "thing" is a to practice at 11:00PM with a bunch of really loud amps and a few cheap guitars (of course, they might be right). But then other times life is music like this, or a live performance of Beethoven. Makes it almost worth the rest.
