Soy Sauce
Pineapple Juice

Salt & Pepper
Oil
Tomatoes

In a sealed container, marinate the spareribs with soy sauce, Pineapple juice, fish sauce, and pepper. Marinate for at least 2 to 3 hours.

Prepare the ingredients.
Mince the garlic.
Dice the onions.
Chop the tomatoes.
Cut the sweet potatoes into smaller pieces.

Heat oil in a cooking pan and fry the sweet potatoes until it turns a darker shade of yellow.

In a separate wok, heat the oil. Saute the tomatoes, onions, and garlic.

Next, add the marinated spareribs.

Season with pepper.

Pour the water into the pot. Let it simmer until the spare ribs are fully cooked.

Add the reserved marinade.
