Sinbi Muay Thai Gym Tour: Fighters & Bag Session

We decided to head straight to one of the biggest and oldest gyms in Phuket to see how their new setup is like. Gigantic mat space, 4 big rings, almost 20+ trainers. It is packed even in early Nov but we still get our 5 rounds of pads and bags followed by sparring/clinching etc. On the bags, there is no fixed combos which I very much prefer. I find combos on bags to be ridiculous. Combos during partner drills or padwork make more sense. They give more attention to fighters representing their gym so they conduct their padwork first thing in the session. In my 2nd class, I was assigned to a more experienced padholder that we will showcase in another video.

Great video, planning on moving there for a year and train twice a day. Me doing that is equivalent to someone in the states who’s been training for a few years. That’s like when you wanna learn a new language the best way is to move there live with the locals.
