오늘(2024. 6. 21)부터 입주를 시작하는 안양 비산동의 신축 아파트인 평촌 엘프라우드 아파트 단지를 둘러 봅니다. 평촌 엘프라우드 아파트는 경기도 안양시 동안구 비산동 281-1번지 일원에 위치해 있으며 수도권 지하철 안양역에서 차로 10여분 거리에 위치하고 있습니다. 단지 앞에 비산초등학교와 안양종합운동장이 있으며 뒤로는 비봉산이 자리하고 있어 자연 친화적인 환경을 갖고 있습니다. 비산초교 주변 지구 주택 재개발 정비 사업으로 들어선 평촌 엘프라우드 아파트는 총 35개동의 2,739가구로 구성된 대단위 아파트 단지이며 1단지와 2단지로 나뉘어져 있습니다.
We walk around a new apartment complex in Anyang City, Korea. As the name of apartment is Pyeongchon Elproud, it was constructed by Daewoo Construction, The apartment was recently completed construction, so residents started moving to the apartment from Jun. 21, 2024. We will be able to make out on a popular residential trend of new apartment in Korea these days by looking around the apartment complex.
