What I can add to what you said about the importance of meeting customers is that being outside SAP for 10 years and then coming back helped me a lot. I experienced the value companies see in what I did: enabling users. And this gave me self-confidence and assertivenes that you sometimes need to push „my“ topics. ;-) I‘m glad to now have the opportunity to work with you and also learn from you because you never stop learning. Oh, I forgot: and having fun!
