फिल्म बहुत बढीया बनाई है. चित्रीकरण स्थान, कलाकारो का अभिनय एवं दृश्य अप्रतिम. एकही सुझाव है... फिल्म शीर्षक सिंधु-सागर की बजाय सरिता-सागर रखा जाये तो वह समर्पक रहेगा. सिंधु का अर्थ सागर, महासागर होता है. सरिता का अर्थ नदी. यह फिल्म सरिता-सागर के मिलन की कहानी है.

फिल्म अतिशय अप्रतिम झाली आहे. लोकेशन चित्रीकरण अतिशय अप्रतिम. कलाकारांचा अभिनय खूपच सुंदर झाला आहे. फक्त शीर्षकात थोडी गडबड झाली आहे कारण सिंधु म्हणजे सागर, समुद्र. या ऐवजी सरिता (नदी)- सागर असे नाव दिले असते तर ते समर्पक झाले असते.
