Decor wise, i suggest moving the tree to the right side cause its crowding the mirror and the right corner is empty anyways. The light from outside will make the tree look more real and give that indoor greenery effect. Lastly love and warmth to you during this difficult time❤❤

Aww man, condolences to your husband, you and the whole family. I pray God gives you strength during this difficult time 🙏🏾💐. I love the gold frame as it ties in with the kitchen but at the same time the brown has a nice finish to it 😂. Either one will be nice. For the cord, you can add something like the frame of the TV as your husband suggests or a center piece that hides it but doesn’t obstruct the TV. I’m obsessed with the island chairs especially because they are comfortable. I’m with your husband on this one. Mybe show us the alternative chairs you’re considering? Oh and I love the rug, ties everything nicely. Again please show us the alternative rug you’d want but I do feel you’ll grow to love the rug you currently have. All in all, I LOVE the direction you’re going with the decoration. You are so talented man ♥️

The height bar stools actually seem perfect in my opinion, it does not look bulky and I like how the colour complements the kitchen cabinets. Your living room aesthetic is so warm and beautiful, I would not have guessed that was a TV, both frames are perfect and can be interchanged.
