The first mistake you did with the meal was indeed the use of red wine instead of white, but to combat the dryness or lack of sauce you should reserve about a cup of the water you used to cook the pasta and add it gradually until you are happy with the consistency of the sauce. And fresh parmesan cheese is way better than the pre grated one and helps with emulsifying the sauce. Hope this helps when you decide to recreate the dish again.

Hey gugu please note that im writing this from a place of love, incase u havent pls dnt quit ur job, ur channel was successful with u having ur job, u wer able to juggle everything and it workd out, i come from an entrepreneur background and im also working for myself becos i always get jobs dat dnt pay even with my btech qualification, and its not easy. there are sooo many factors to consider like the benefits ur job is giving u, dat might be very expensive without a subsidy, and content creation as a business can have ups and downs, whereas a government job will always be there to pay u, please take more tym thinking bwt it, but at the end of the day ofcos it’s entirely up to you, dats my advice to you.
