I totally agree! Also, her content caters for a market that’s somewhat family oriented which makes me think that most people who watch her channel are much older. Gugu please don't look at it that way, personally I am not subscribed to every channel I watch. Give people time to watch your videos and eventually they will subscribe. You dont want to push them away by "complaining" about it on every video. Even youtubers with millions of subscribers get way more views than the number subscribers. To answer your question on the dilemma with subscribers, you are not doing anything wrong. I am gonna give an example with MacG if you check the number of views compared to subscribers, you will realise that a lot of people are not subscribed. He's got videos that reached more than million views a long time ago,but he is still gunning for million subscribers. My analysis is that some people feel like subscribing is a commitment to the channel and they just wanna watch without that commitment. Don't be hard on yourself. It is a struggle all content creators are going through.
