Finally someone who plays flamboyant and is speaking in the style Mozart's. We musicians should excite people and not make the audience fall asleep..

Honestly this has got to be THE most flamboyant version I've ever heard! What a narcisist lol.. I like it.

If you can find it, listen to the recording made by Karajan with the Berlin Philharmonic and Gunther Piesk as soloist, imo one of the best of all time, probably tying with Gwideon Brooke and the LSO.

It's really funny when people give a negative review of this... What is funnier is I'm willing to bet most of you are not even half the musician. Where's your video? Please share the link with us :-)

Everyone please listen to Timothy Rosen's "effortless" recording of this.... Perhaps some effort should have been put in the intonation :'-)

Does anyone know which candenza he's playing and where I can get a copy?? It's probably one he wrote himself...not sure though.

Nice, but a little too much embellishment IMO...

Too flamboyant. It doesn't sound effortless like it should be imo. Great orchestra though!

HIs high register sounds pleasant. But his staccato ...And the intonation could also be better.
