I grew up in Shillong and let me tell you u should try Chow in Kim Pao restaurant(Police Bazar) It's the best chow ever.. And if you dint eat Aloo muri near Lady Hydari park your street food journey in Shillong will be incomplete..

Northeast has the best and varieties food u can have. Specially Assam has many options in veg for people. We have lottttts of options either in veg or non veg... Not like other states, whenever u go to a hotel.. Only daal, rajma, paneer, curry, gatta
