Unlike hot pot, made to order and shared only by diners at a table, malatang originates from street food cooked in a communal pot. Diners can quickly choose what they wish to eat, and either eat on the spot or take away

Gonna share so unique maggi recipe with you it's so delicious try it u will love it ...... First u have to take coriander and 2&3 cloves garlic and cut it put it on blender and make a paste .... Take a pan Put the 1 tsp of oil Add the chopped garlic and onion saute them Pour the coriander paste in it and stir it ....add the white cream or malai u have ....add some salt ....red pepper....and stir it ..... On another pan add some water Boil the maggi with masala as it normal process No water remain in the maggi Now add the maggi into the coriander gravy .....and mix it well Serve it on plate Add some chilli flakes on top......
