About five months ago... towards April’s end I was pleasantly surprised by some videos that our young sister Karenina Thezar was posting onher Instagram account. I immediately understood that she had tobe a special person: so young but so good at playing the violin, but mostly because even if she was so young, she was already facing a huge proof in praise of Jehovah. Indeed Nina was fighting against cancer. Despite this big problem, her photos and videos always conveyed serenity: Nina surely knew howtofight his battle keeping a contagious smile. Nina’s photos at the hospital next to the doctors made me remember of the time when I was hospitalized because of a heart surgery. I thought about how I felt when I was there and asked myself what had encouraged me the most in those difficult times. The answer? Jehovah’s support first of all...but also others’ friendliness and warmth. What i got from that experience is that Jehovah often uses our brothers’ expressions of love to encourage us. So I thought how I could encourage Nina even if I lived 11000 kilometers away from her. Then I came out with the idea of making a short music video of song n.60 “Hewill make you strong”, which I was sure Nina loved because there’s a video ofher Instagram account in which she amazingly plays it. At that point I started contacting brothers from all around the world (Sweden, Spain, US, Philippines, Russia, New Caledonia, Germany, Italy, India, Japan, Chile, Brazil) via Instagram. All these brothers had already posted videos of them playing or singing other songs. They mainly aren’t professional musicians or singers, just like me, but some of them work in music’s domain. I asked each one of them if they were willing to take part in this little project. Many of them were enthusiastic about the idea and immediately sent me their videos. I then started editing and I was looking forward to showing itto Nina. I was about to complete the project as I heard of the tragic news that on the 16th of August Nina had fallen asleep in death. As I heard of it, I was to delete everything, since it didn’t make much sense anymore. Then I thought that all this hard work could maybe encourageat least Nina’s parents and friends and all the brothers that willget the chance to watch it. Eventually I decided to preserve itin this private spot.

It is so beautiful....thanks for making this video...she was a remarkable young sister....we love her n miss her so much...we ll see her in the paradise playing beautiful music for sure
