Hello Sanjib, I'm planning to have a 16-hour layover in Singapore, so I'm thinking of staying at a hotel outside the airport area (Park Avenue Changi Hotel). I'll need to get to the airport early, possibly around 3 or 4 in the morning, as my flight is scheduled for 06:15. Is it difficult to find a taxi in the early morning hours?

Does the Changi MRT also stop at Expo station? because you mentioned that it only stops at Tenah Merah. We are going to Bencoolen which is in Downtown Line

Once we go diwn to pick up our luggage can we go back up to T3 to see the butterfjy garden or do we have to do that as soon as we get off plane and before getting out luggage? Thanks

Sorry for my late reply, did not see the comment, not sure it’s too late for you - The butterfly garden is outside the immigration. As far I remember, here are the steps - getting off the plane, picking up the luggage and exiting the immigration. Then you could carry your luggage with you to visit the garden or use baggage storage then visit the garden or going to city - hope this is useful.
