I honestly enjoying watch this cycling ride (without commentary) also the scenery along the main road in Singapore 😍❤❤ Probably the pros were nicely handled the 100k++/day. For me, 100k++ per week in 2 sessions with avg speed between 25 to 30km max, which as roughly 50km++ per session was really a hard work to do.

I am not pro as well… but I slowly increase the distance. From 50, then 80 then 100 then 120km… sure you can do it too..
