I did notice that both of you were not scratching and the eyes were not swelling. The water and cleanliness of the city are very healthy. I was always very clean; and my skin condition wasn't dry - didn't need any medicated lotion! But I was taking at least 4 to 5 quick showers a day bcoz of the heat and high humidity, it does help to stabilize the sudden change of extreme body temperature. The parks are very relaxing in Singapore; well, there are no Mosquitoes anywhere for sure. The British and Aussies soldiers were devastated by malaria in the 40s; so, they promised to eradicate all the conditions that were breeding Mosquitoes. Also, controlling the immigrant-population by enforcing a one child policy to eradicate tuberculosis, poverty, trash, illiteracy, breeding-slaughtering of animals. All of these were the English policies before they left their island Singapore. Oh, well... I had to leave also.
