SINGAPORE LIFE - A NORMAL WEEKEND IN AN EXPAT FAMILY // LIFE UPDATES AND WHAT'S COMING UP

With the end of the school year fast approaching our family has had a lot of celebrations to attend and birthday parties to squeeze in before the end of the year.
We didn't get time to go out and explore so thought we'd show you a more regular weekend for us.
With the kids having different parties at different locations at overlapping times we had to split up and take a kid each whilst running errands in between!
I took Aspen whilst Jonty took Milo. We both decided to go and get massages whilst the kids were at the parties and found this out later. With Milo's party coming up I needed to make his birthday cake. His request was a burger cake! See how it turns out at the end of the video. we like to pack a lot into our weekend and even with things to do with like to make time to have fun, explore, try new things and have a rest.

Wow, that was some cake, Millie! Couldn’t believe it was actually homemade…. You have some serious baking skills 😊. Btw, I think the reason for the emptier malls is that with school being out, many families have taken the opportunity to go abroad, even if it’s just across the Causeway to Malaysia. I have noticed thinner crowds in malls and food courts these past couple of weeks.

We used to, but we find they aren’t as comfortable with cutting longer hair so prefer to go to another local place .

Yup can do alot of activity indoors and outdoors freely in Singapore. No issues at all. If living in a condo better still. Near or far , Singapore can easily plan any sort. Offshore even lest flying to other ASEAN country nearby easy as ABC. Cheers guys!

I often eat salad in Singapore, and never had any problems. We eat out a lot of times in Singapore and have never had any issues.

Oh I see. I thought you meant in this video. We didn’t eat a salad no. We think perhaps the fries at a hotel buffet as that’s the only thing the kids had that we didn’t.
