Singapore PM meets President Kagame in Kigali || Hold joint press conference

Rwanda's President Paul Kagame welcomed Singapore Prime Minister
Lee Hsien Loong for his first Official Visit to Rwanda. The two leaders also held a press conference discussing the fast-growing bilateral cooperation between Rwanda and Singapore.
