Yes, the area around Orchard is expensive but not the "crazy rich area" yet. You have to check out estates like Dalvey Estate, Queen Astrid Park, Cluny Park, 6th Avenue, King Albert Park, Nassim Hill, Binjai Park etc., these are the really rich, top-end class.

58:14 Oh my... that Shinjuku JR Station is really one hell of a jungle. We tried walking below from our hotel and got lost. We had to go up to the streets and it was alot easier... haha.

タベルトラベルさん❤️ FOOK KINのクリスピーローストポークは美味いです。 去年は前オーナーがヨルにニゲルしたかで、6月は閉鎖してましたが12月には復活してたんで、行きました。 少しネオンがやらしくて、値段も高め設定ですが、美味いです。 クリスタルジェードより安いです👍

The most expensive neighborhood in Singapore is the area bounded by Holland Road, Farrer Road, Bt Timah Road and Clementi Road. These are the super ex landed properties of the super rich. E.g is Queen Astrid Park, King Albert Park. 1st to 6th Avenue.......

It seems that even the Chinese media do not know the 40-storey Mandarin Hotel at Orchard has a revolving restaurant on top of it. They reported, "The only revolving restaurant, which is on top of Prima Tower, has closed down.". UOB at Raffles Place has a Chinese restaurant on its 65th floor which offers a panoramic view of the city's waterfront.

In the 80s, Japanese expatriate love to live around River Valley area as Daimaru department store was situated there. I used to go swimming at the public pool opposite the mall and stroll around Daimaru after that with a drink in my hands, sadly they are long gone. On a happy note, I bought a condo unit further up the street and collect rental for investment, I love River Valley area. Cheers!

シンガポールのコンドを見て、白金あたりのタワーマンションをイメージしました。 不景気なのに、新築価格で億ションなので、ビックリですよね。 さて、シンガポールのスーパーリッチ層ですが、やはり金融や不動産の方々なのでしょうか？ というのも、アメリカならマイクロソフトやアップル、日本ならトヨタやソニー等、何で稼ぐ国なのかイメージできるのですが・・・シンガポールを代表するメーカーやブランドは思い浮かばない。 観光や地理的に海運の要衝である事は理解できますが、それだけではないですよね？？

高島屋で年末年始にシャングリ・ラに行くために、タクシーを2時間近く待ちました😿高島屋や伊勢丹及び、その付近で効率良く、タクシーを拾う方法、裏技をどなたか教えて下さい。

今はgrabアプリで呼ぶ人が増えているので、なかなか流しを拾うのも難しいですし、タクシー乗り場で待っていても来ないですね…。
