Singapore is such a BEAUTIFUL track. They really put the effort into the non driveable background for this one, it's divine. There's even two music tracks!

Mario Kart 9 isn't out yet. Mario Kart Tour isn't Mario Kart 9, and that's purely a fan theory started after it's courses were revealed to be appearing in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe's Booster Course Pass. Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit isn't Mario Kart 9 either. A datamine has revealed that all of Mario Kart Tour's original courses are coming to the Booster Course Pass, and I think that's due to the courses not being on a mainline Mario Kart game yet. I personally think the Booster Course Pass deconfirms the theory a lot more than confirming it.

All city courses apart from Merry Mountain and Ninja Hideaway will have 3 unique routes, with a fourth variant connecting them together. I think it's also possible that we'll get fifth variations for the city courses as well, changing between the three routes each lap. It's possible for a Kalimari Desert as well, but not Los Angeles Laps.

Spoilers, but basically... .1:58 - 2:39 was just hinted at / confirmed this morning in MK Tour's trailer for the Ocean Tour. We're finally going to see Singapore Speedway 2 in action! I can't tell if Chinatown will be included in Variant #2, or if they're waiting for #3, but yeah... that whole section is going to be playable in the upcoming tour!!

Ok, in Mario kart 8, you could play through the first version, then you could turn onto where you exited Chinatown, Play through that tiny part normally, do a jump onto the palm tree section, then from there to do the loop back to the start. The third lap could be where the extra part with the glider is, and I think that is enough to understand how it will work Edit: and now another version has been revealed, let’s hope both new versions are there

They're actually called Singapore Speedway 2, Singapore Speedway 3 and Singapore Speedway 4. This isn't a Sonic game. I'm personally excited for what they do with this course in the Booster Course Pass, as a datamine has revealed that all original courses from Mario Kart Tour are returning.

My prediction for Singapore Speedway 2 & 3 2: Starts backwards compared the Singapore Speedway 1. It goes the same path as 1 backwards up until the soccer field and instead of gliding to the Marina Bay Sands (the 3 buildings with a pool) it glides on/over the Art Science Museum (white building that has strips of concrete on its roof) and goes down right beside the Marina Bay Sands. It then makes a right turn and goes to where the cannon normally is in Singapore Speedway 1 but in this version there isn’t a cannon. Then it turns left to go to the China Town District. After it exits the China Town it turns left and goes to the finish line. 3: Starts forwards like Singapore Speedway 1. It goes straight ahead but instead, it turns left and goes into a cannon that goes under the Marina Bay Sands. It then goes on a road that goes around all of the Super Trees (the place with the Gigantic Bright Towers) and it goes on Helix Bridge (the neon bridge with a dna pattern spiralling around it) It then goes to the section besides the soccer field and turns right and follows the path til the finish line. These are my predictions! What do you guys think Singapore 2 & 3 will go?

Fun fact: when looking at the triangle count of the base 3D mesh, I had discovered that the city courses of Mario Kart Tour are in the same ballpark of those of Mario Kart 8, with Vancouver Velocity reaching the 380k triangles, an amount most of Mario Kart 8 courses don't reach. The reason? Besides obviously the "draw distance", i.e. the fact that a full valley was modeled for that course, many buildings are fully modeled, even in the parts you're not normally supposed to see, for reasons unknown - maybe to make sure they would work with specific camera angles during the various course introductions and during Auto mode? Looking at this video makes me wonder what the triangle count of Singapore Speedway might be - they really went all out in modeling a whole city even though we only get to see a fraction of it. The good thing is that, coming from the future with respect to this video, I at least know why they went for 3D meshes that detailed - these city courses *are* meant for the console Mario Kart games ,-)

I think it's likely to be in any wave. The only courses which are pretty much locked to be in a specific wave are Mushroom Gorge (Wave 2), Rock Rock Mountain (Wave 3), New York Minute (Wave 3), 3DS Rainbow Road (Wave 3), Maple Treeway (Wave 6) and Wii Rainbow Road (Wave 6).

Have you ever thought of doing this for Paris, Tokyo and London. Mainly London. New York is already fully explored in the 4 variants shown already and Paris and Tokyo are basic. I still dont rlly understand the layout of Paris though and I think it would be cool to see the outskirts of these maps. You would also have every city explored. You obviously dont have to, I can tell these sorts of videos take loads of effort, i just think it would be extremely cool. :D

Well that's the thing, we have 4 versions of New York, 4 versions of Tokyo, 3 versions of London, and 3 versions of Paris. All of the routes have already been shown. This was a special case because it was brand new, but the outskirts of those tracks a quite limited, we've already seen most of it, and otherwise outside bounds will be shown in other videos. Paris for example, there's a glider challenge video coming up eventually that will show some of that track.

I (personally) think that there should be Bonus DLC in Mario Kart 9 / 10. Standard version: The first of every secret track Upgraded version: Every track with ALL 4 variations (double the price)...
