It's expensive if you're looking at fancy hotels and restaurants. But you can still spend on a budget. 3 starts hotel ranges from S$120-S$160 and hawker food costs average S$4-7... Compare SG with other developed cities like US, Australia and Western Europe, not with developing Asian countries.. You'll realise Singapore is cheaper than Europe, Aussie, US...
