1 to 3 days in Singapore is not enough. Sentosa easily takes up 2 days, Chinatown , Little India and Kampong Glam 1 day, Marina Bay and Gardens By The Bay 1 day, Botanic Gardens (inscribed as UNESCO world heritage site) and Orchard area 1 day. East Coast park half day. Total nearly 5 days. If you wish to explore Jewel airport another half day. All this excludes attractions like the Zoo, night safari, Jurong Bird Park. In summary average 5 days .

Of course you can do something longer, but the reality is most people use Singapore and a stop over destination which is why the video highlights things to do in short period of time.
