RRR Risk Specialist I'm 14 this year in Secondary School. Maybe you would want to join the NPCC CCA as you'll get better understanding of policing and the jobs of police as well as introduce you to new skills. Then you can work your way up the ranks to a Cadet Inspector and sign on to the police force for NS. Then you can join the police force after that
