Garen is a scaling monster, but honestly for a launch champion has a perfect kit. As far as I know, none of his skills have ever been changed, but as items have changed they have changed values. I actually wishes more champs had simple kits like his.

the garem wrong predict was funny af, i think that a problem we all suffer in league, is thinking that the other 9 players on the match, are either perfectly good, or aweful bad, like we never think of the regular normal player that can have good plays bad plays errors and god prediction on the same match
