Hi there, this is a very well out together video. I was wondering if you have a video for trouble shooting? When I'm sewing the machine jams. I believe it had to do with bobbin. The manual simply says to re-thread both lower and upper threads.

Hi there, you didn't mention nor could we see clearly the position of the spool of thread when inserting it into the spool pin. Should the thread be coming out from top to bottom or bottom to top. The manual says it should come from top. PS lately when I'm winding the bobbin right after I trim the thread to continue winding it you can see the broken piece of tail thread inside the bobbin holder. Thanks.
