I just wanna thank you. I'm going to be buying a used one of these this week to help supplement my embroidery (I have a Brother SE600 but she just can't keep up with how many orders I get for my designs!) and need a second machine, and found one of these for cheap and will be picking up shortly... Just the fact that you told me what needles and bobbins I will need for my new-to-me machine.. And the tips on metallic threads..! Thank you so much. ^_^ You got a follow / sub from me for that!

Hi, this singer is the 1st machine I've used and I love it flaws in all. I just found your KZbin page today. You have wonderful informative videos. I'm reaching out, hoping you have time to help me make an informed decision. I'm trying to buy my first multineedle embroidery machine. I'm currently looking at the PR600 (came out 21 yrs ago), PR1000e (came out 13 yrs ago), and the EMP 9 (came out approximately 13 yrs ago). The issue I'm having is that I'm not sure whats a good price for each of these machines. Some sellers are trying to sell almost at original retail. I appreciate any advice you could give.

Hi Christopher, I have the futura xl420 futura embroidery and but recently I've seen a candlewick presser foot, and I've looked all over utube, but there are no video's on it, and was wondering if you could do a video on candlewick designs, I would really appreciate it if you would do a video on this. Your video's are very instructive and I've learned a great deal from you. Thankyou for all the help you give to us little people. Val Jones

I was just gifted this machine, the Singer Futura Quintet model 5. The lady bought it new & then found out she had cancer. She never had a chance to use this machine. Sat in the families basement & now I have it. Anyway, is the model the 5 in 1 machine? Other then the 5, not sure if there is another model number like XL500… Finally did some easy embroidery on it with my laptop. Love it. Also trying to configure this machine to Windows 10. Any helpful tips? Thank you.

Hi can you help I have got a lot of embroidery designs saves on a usb they work on my brother but when I come to use them on my singer xl580 it comes up file empty can you please tell me what I’m doing wrong or if you have gone over this can you tell me what it comes under thank you 🙏

Do you by chance have a number to where I can get the embroidery unit that goes along with the machine replacements other than eBay?my mother passed and mine is brand new but I cannot find the embroidery unit
