My uncle had one. we used to go to Donegal from Belfast, in the summer holidays, in the sixties. Lovely car, and great memories. Jim

Love this car, I used to own this actual car and it was a great car. It was unrestored when I had it, and didn't need restoration, but looks as though it may have been painted. Didn't have a sun visor when I owned it. I remember it smelt good inside too, drove beautifully. I think I was the second of third owner the first from Plymouth in Devon

Rootes Group led the way with badging...Sunbeam, Singer, Hillman ,Humber, Commer Vans..all of it quality. Then Chysler(GM) and Mitsubishi Corp got their hands on it after the disaster of the Imp.

Hello Ian, I too owned this car, in 2004 / 2005. I agree everythng you said about it. Sold it because I had certain domestic matters that needed my attention.

Shame that the grille looks as if it is anodized aluminium instead of a chromium plated item. But there would be room in my garage for it, had I sufficient funds ... ... ... and a garage. The "Gazelle" at the back has lost the final letter.

Very nice. But not suitable for Helene Fischer. ... ... ... "Auf den Autobahn mit drei hundert fahr'n". Not quite fast enough, I think.
