I brought this machine to help me live after my husband passed away. I'm gutted to say that all it has done is cost me lots of money that I don't have!! In the year that I have had it I have completed maybe 6 items. None were perfect. 1 issue after another. The tears I have shed over this has surprised even me. I like a challenge but this is something else!!

These videos are great. Really informative and helped me set up my machine and get going. It would be awesome if you did some on using the PSW free software to its full capability and also on the other software series available for the Legacy machine so that potential purchasers could make an informed decision.

do you always use white for the base bobbin? ... or should it match your base colour? I am confused over this part. I thought it should be the same colour of the upper thread?

Hi Julie, It really depends on the project. If you are embroidering something that will be seen from the back, you may want to either match the color of the fabric, or match all of your bobbin and top thread. If the back won't be seen, then using white or black bobbin thread will work just fine. Hope this helps!

Is the number of colors limited? I mean, not the machine itself but the number of colors for the patterns. Is it limited to three?

That spool of thread belongs on a vertical spool pin and not a horizontal spool pin. Where did they come up with the clueless person to use in the video?
