How to put your needle in right

Hi Tena, Make sure the flat side of the needle is towards the back and that it is pushed all the way up. Hope that helps!

This video only shows what to do for top of the machine. What about the bobbin underneath? You should've showed the WHOLE process.

Install a needle. The video definitely shows the thread going into the needle.
