Hmmm...I really want to like Diana's voice because she's obviously very talented and it's nice to see a young girl with such style and confidence. But for me...well, just doesn't appeal to me so much, mostly because of that unusual low, nasal tone. I do love her song choice and the way she controls her voice in so many different ways. I watch reaction videos for Dimash and Diana. Others rarely. I watch to enjoy and share the experience. I never corrected anybody, but I will now, for you are giving a "very cool, sitting on the clouds and watching people between two yawning" kind of expression, which is not true, of course. * So, everybody agrees, that she works with her tongue. It does not sound like nasal. She was born in Siberia and she closer to some Mongolian or Siberian native expression. * The Pakistan & India ... which one?... issue : They are separated only lately. For girls usually voice changes a bit earlier than for boys, and this nice and deep contralto tone she got is probably already "adult" version. Though it will most likely slowly deepen through her life, like it does for most people, male or female. So perhaps she won't have to whisper that D#3 in this song after a few more years :) And with voice this deep so early in her life, there's a good chance someday she'll be able to compete with those mature contralto who can easily hit "baritone" A2 or even deeper.
