Why does the thread get stuck underneath the bobbin case

Debra Snell you need bobbin filler from what I read on other post . It also said drop the feed dog. If I can find the video I’m talking about I’ll send it to you.

It is so incredibly difficult to listen to these two women jabbering on between their harsh, high-pitched "sales" voices and their hyped sales pitches. I felt like they were talking to a classroom of elementary students. Had to suffer through this whole video to learn more about the machine. Sure wish they would tone it down a bit and make the presentation softer without all the phony hype-speak.
