There weren't so much ad mainstream but they were known kinda like a pass mainstream was BTM and jodeci had a come up. I just hope K pop doesn't have a group do a cover of a classic r&b tune and have fans think it's theirs

I've watched a number of videos like these and Nick Cannon's name is mentioned fairly frequently. I can't remember who discovered him (Will Smith was it?) but I love to see that it's been paid forward. There are a number of big names who are solidly in the music industry who I don't really hear about reaching down to help others. I'd love to hear who they've endorsed or developed.
