Just bought this machine but it has two needles... gotta find out how to remove one..

You can use one or two needles in the serger. Your machine should have a small screwdriver that will allow you to take out either of the needles. There is a small screw in the front that holds them in place (make sure you put a piece of paper or fabric under the needle as you remove it so it doesn't slip down into the machine).
