This reminds me of when I was young and our family had a beagle for a pet. This would have been the early 1970s. Her name was Little Bits and she would howl like this. Sometimes we would talk in a sad voice to her just saying, Ahhhhh Little Bits and she would start howling. She was such a cute dog. Thanks so much for posting this video, it brought joy to my heart as I remembered our Little Bits. She looked a lot like your dog
