That's a good question but because we don't focus on rope access products, we don't usually get to see those products at the show. I wish we could offer more info! :(

Soo, we didn't have the info ourselves, but we asked Singing Rock and they told us that they are planning to update the current Expert 3D this year with biggers stronger D-Rings. They are also planning to introduce a new Rope Master harness within the next year or so, which will use some of the same concepts as the current Roof master harness (www.singingrock.com/roof-master). -A

That's exactly why we added closed captions as an option! Also, to give a little more context, we're filming people who aren't necessary expecting to be filmed. We film at the Outdoor Retailer and OutDoor trade shows. These are not consumer trade shows. The main goal of these shows is for manufacturers and brands to connect with retailers. Media folks are also allowed into these shows, and we use that opportunity to film, which is still pretty new for the industry. So for this video in particular, Singing Rock sent one representative to the US to do business with US retailers at Outdoor Retailer. Instead of filming the US distributor, who has English as their first language, we chose to film the person from Singing Rock because they know more about the product, can better answer our interview questions, and are more authentically able to represent the brand. We feel like it makes for a much more informative video, even if the accent can make it harder to understand. We add closed captions to all of our videos to make sure everybody has a chance to get the information we're presenting. -AD
