I fasted for 2 days and decided to play this video , after 43 minutes relaxing , praying I stoped the video and went to sleep, I couldn't sleep so I got up from bed and start praying in tongues for the first time. Unforgiveness is a sin. Even not forgiving ourselves. If you have to fast and pray to forgive yourself, then do that. If your health keeps you from a full fast. Skip a meal. hi, coming to you from North Central Arkansas. Ive had trouble sleeping for 10 years now. Ive been on medications for sleep, most have a way of losing their effectiveness after a while.so i am in the middle of getting off all sleep meds and praying the Lord will restore all normal sleep to me. I listened to this for the first time last night, 2X’s. Still couldnt sleep but the Lord spoke to me during this time and told me that when I was growing up in. A dysfunctional home that had no love, just anger and other abuse. In the midst of that chaotic home, he said “I was there”. Remember, I will never leave you or forsake you.” What an awesome God, a God of love, unending, unlimited, full and infinite.
