How we can design hydraulic cylinder, like if how much we keep rod dia and bore dia for perticular speed of cylinder? And what to do to change in speed of cylinder?

Here, in the push and pull type pressure reamains constant. According to pascal law pressure depend cross section area and force here both of them are fixed. so, we are use this cylinder to mobile usage??

Gravity return( dead weight) increases load for a mobile application especially....which becomes bulky and need more power by main system..may be spring type can be used
