Omg my family and I would always quote Clark and yell, “Fixed the newel post!”. 😂 Christmas Vacation, Muppet Christmas Carol, Elf and Jim Carey’s Grinch are some of my favorites but I also adore all of the classic Rankin/Bass stop-motion Christmas movies they’re so nostalgic and bring back so many good memories. ❤

yes love all of those. I also loved the one with Otters and playing in the band. I'm gonna add Muppets to my list as I didn't have that one on there.

Top Christmas movies for me: Same as yours National Lampoons Christmas Vacation (must watch every year!) The Santa Claus (1 is the best but the others are okay) Home Alone 1 & 2 (the others don't exist) The Grinch (live action) I can relate to this character a lot 😃 Elf (the more I watched it the more I enjoy it) Muppet's Christmas Carol (very underrated) While I still partly enjoy The Family Man with Nicholas Cage it does hit different now especially when he wakes up towards the end just laying in bed alone on Christmas morning. The main Christmas activity I do that I enjoy because others can see it is setting up outside decorations. I live in a neighbourhood that decorates and it is fun to add to the brightness of the community (sort of sad when I need to take them down in January though). But I am not going to lie, being an outsider looking in is pretty apparent this time of year. I am literally 1 seat away from having my place be at the extension to the kiddie table at family events and in my 40's. Thanks for doing these videos, I hope I can get to a place of acceptance that you are in.

oh I forgot about Home Alone. I haven't watched that in ages, I might have to this year. Agree re Elf. Just doesn't get old. I hear you re that feeling of an outsider looking in.
