I would leave plenty of slack around. The trim all around will cover it anyways. I did a very small hole! Measure twice, cut once.

Do a video on your seats! Did you have to redrill or need brackets or was a straight swap. Is it front seat or back from the platinum.

I did have to redrill and make some sort of bracket. Nothing complicated! But it’s the rear bench seat

I do not! I got them out of a 2016 f150 platinum. I made brackets they don’t bolt down.
